1) SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Noesis, you may receive messages related to work status, such as:
- When will you be arriving at the office?
- When will you be done with the current task?
- Did you contact the vendor for more information?

3) Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to ten SMS messages per week related to jobs you have been assigned.

4) Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5) Opt-In Method:

If you wish to receive SMS messages from Noesis, send an email to support@noesisinc.com that includes you phone number and a description of why you want to receive SMS messages from Noesis. Alternatively, you can visit the SMS Opt-in / Out Registration form.

6) Opt-Out Method:
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from Noesis, you can opt out by replying with any of the following, to any SMS you receive from Noesis.

UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out
CANCEL to opt-out
QUIT to opt-out
HELP for assistance

7) Help:

Collection of Phone Numbers
We only collect phone numbers from employees and clients who voluntarily provide them to us. SMS messages are only sent to employees and clients. We never engage in promotional SMS campaigns.
Use of Phone Numbers for SMS

Phone numbers are only used in conjunction with services we provide for established clients. Phone numbers are never transferred to third parties.

Opting Out of Text Messages

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, you can opt out by texting:

Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.

Privacy of Phone Numbers
